A milder version of the "kiddie speedball," the Stoner speedball is when users ingest or smoke marijuana (depressant) and drink copious amounts of coffee or energy drink (stimulant). A safe alternative.

The combination of the narcotic heroin and stimulant cocaine mixed together and injected together in a single shot. When administered IV, the speedball produces the best rush/high in the world of drugs and is the most deadly of procedures as far as getting loaded. Highly addictive. Beyond destructive. Will bring any addict to their knees. It will call you and lure you, lie to you and kill you. Like alcohol and pills as well. This is the worst though. That is why it is the best.

Term originated in Northern England used to describe a shrunken, flacid penis due to taking ecstasy or other amphetamines. Usually only lasts while user is under the influence of the substance taken, and usually goes away once the penis is stimulated.

Once she had turned me on the speed willy subsided and my johnson was back to normal size.
