Granola Bar

A piece of fecal matter trotted from someone who has a colorful diet. (Vegetables, corn, etc.) This piece of fecal matter commonly looks like a granola bar (sometimes if it were green.)

"Dude, don't go vegan."
"Why?"
"I tried it once, every crap you deposit is a granola bar."

The granola chompers destroy their own cities then move in to new communities and destroy those.

A person who is politically conservative, yet cultivates a healthy suspicion of mass culture, as well as an appreciation for aesthetics and cultural artifacts that would normally be associated with leftist leanings.
