Bologna Tail

Bologna tail is the result of either lifting to much weight when squatting or pushing when pooping, causing the inner lining of your colon pushes out creating the illusion of a pink stinky tube tail.

My Doctor always warned me not to push when I was on the toilet...but I was in a hurry trying to get back to my Dancing with the Stars Marathon and.....PLOP....I now have a bologna tail.
