A phrase used when one is baffled at how something is constructed or designed or an action that defies logic or general common sense. The phrase can be extended to anything that is non-sensical in nature. The phrase can also be used by itself when observing an action that prompts one to state "say you were smart" in a bewilderment state of mind.

Say you were smart and you designed this cheese grater that rusts when you put it in the dishwasher; observing a person swim in shark infested waters might prompt someone to state "say you were smart"

Werebear

Noun. A human who becomes a bear on the night of a full moon. People with this condition can be characterized by brown, gnarly hair and thick beards, when in human form. In werebear form, people with this condition become very large and grow thick, brown hair all over their bodies, and also move on all fours. Werebears are not generally known to be violent unless provoked, will steal pies from window seals, and swim around in your pool looking for fish.

Can also be used as a way of describing someone's awesomely thick beard.

"Mom!! There's a werebear in the pool again!"

Guy: "is that guy running on all fours?"

Me: "That's some werebear shit."

"That's a werebear of a beard man."

kinda like a werewolf except the moon is replaced by a rainbow and the wolf is replaced by a fag. basically u go gay at the calling of the pride icon, aka rainbow. just a name u can call someone thats gay

Starnes turned into a werefairy at the sight of the rainbow. All the straight males had to take cover.
