A term used by many people all over the world, to make the next few words coming out of their mouth, sound less offensive.

Chad: With all due respect Tom, your mom looks like a permanently aroused gorilla.

Tom: Dude! saying "With all due respect" doesn't mean you can say that!

Chad: I'm sorry man but like, With all due respect, i wouldn't be surprised if she goes to the barber, just to get her Muff trimmed!

Tom: ... :o... how did you know?

To increase in magnitude with dislike or disdain. Can be used to modify or enhance exsisting profanity, or sometimes used as a stand alone phrase.

"Dude, you suck with a K!" or "I've got your (insert any word here) hangin', with a K!" or very simply, "With a K man, WITH...A...K!"
