1. A girl's whose tits compares to those of a $20 prostitute.
2. A girl who you wouldn't even "feel-up" for $20.
Derives from the word- bitchtits, but due to recent changes in "pimp slang", $20 bitches are now called twizzles. Thus forming twizzletits.
