A once great TV channel, which showed Disney shows from the Disney Afternoon and Disney's One Saturday Morning. Also showed Disney Channel shows as well as Disney Animated Classics. Toon Disney had a nighttime block called Jetix which had programming that was more action oriented. Unfortunately, after 12 years of broadcasting, Toon Disney changed into Disney XD, which pretty much sucks (with the sole exception of their animated shows). Although the channel is gone, you can find promos for it on early 2000s Disney DVDs and VHS tapes.

You could actually control the speed of the vibrator by moving your mouse around inside a box drawn on the screen. Usually the male had the program and the female had the control box and vibrator. For some reason this equipment and software are no longer available. They were sold by one of the dating/matchmaking websites.
