A person with a bad reputation of shistieing people out with such things as marijuana, money, and anything thats materialistic. This person is also known to steal items and sell them in bundles for low prices.

1. Shisty Nick sold me a gram of bunk weed for 10 dollars.
2. The other day, I bought a pair of shoes, some cigarrettes, a lawn mower, and a PS2 game for 20 dollars from Shisty Nick.

1. a lawyer who uses unprofessional or questionable methods.
2. a person who gets along by petty, sharp practices.

Calling someone a shyster (not Sheister) might be considered libellous; knowing its probable origin adds insult to injury.
