A person who continuously listens to another person bitch and complain. They are bored and annoyed but never call the other person out on the bitchy behavior. This is either because (a) they are afraid of confrontation, or (b) they receive a false sense of themselves as especially compassionate or heroic. In either case, they soak up the bitchy vibes and are, simply put, a bitch napkin. LR
