Namatori

A Japanese dish consisting of raw chicken chunks over steamed rice. Looks a bit like cat food. Most Japanese are immune, however, an unsuspecting tourist may find themselves in the bathroom for hours while they vomit and *ahem* the world falls out of their bottom. Will result in a hospital trip.

Never eat Namatori, if your're not immune.
