And at that exact time, the incumbent who was just helped up - with a considerable amount of effort - breaks wind (expels flatulence) which is not unspectacular. Unknown if defecation occurred.

Dag! Just binged-watch Game of Thrones and Ma' thick woman sank in that couch so long, I had to try and hoift her up. She farted too, and wouldn't leggo of my hands! Thought she shat herself. Bad enough that she done broke my back but she sure stank something fierce.
