There are misconceptions that Torn was written by Natalie in the first place: which is not true. Sure, the earliest cover of Torn was done by Lis, but Preven, Scott Cutler, and Phil Thornalley originally wrote Torn back in '91 as a solo song for Preven.
Finally, in 2014, Australian post-hardcore band Hands Like Houses covered "Torn" as part of the second Punk Goes '90s compilation album by Fearless Records.
