Castonitis

The urge to cast on (or start) many different projects all at the same time.

"Casting on" is a term used in knitting, when starting a new project, one would "cast on a new project"

"Itis" is used with reference to a tendency or state of mind that is compared to a disease. "creditcarditis"

Thus Knitter's have begun to use the word "Castonitis" when the urge to start many different projects at once hits them.

"After seeing all the knitted socks you've made, I've got a serious case of Castonitis!"

Pre-crastinate

The act of placing yourself or others (usually those who work for you) in crisis mode now for something far in the future that may or may no ever happen. The same amount of energy is expended and stress is created in a compressed timeframe as if you had waited until the last minute only it is done now when it is uncertain if the event will actually occur.

Why does the boss always pre-crastinate? We end up doing cheetah flips and running around like our pants are on fire for something 6 months away "just in case." Then they cancel the thing.

Yeah, I have a project that was due more than a week ago but instead of working on it, I flew through an unending ironi-crastination playlist of videos that are supposed to help me get control of my life back, but it's still like me in class: the words go in through one ear and out the other. :,)

Bryan Cranston Penis Building Episode

The episode from the situational comedy 'How I Met Your Mother' in wich the main character Theodore "Ted" Mosby's boss -played by Bryan Cranston of hit show Breaking Bad- designs a building that looks like male genetailia. The building's phallic design is used as a major plot point for the episode which drastically changes the course of Ted's life.
