Get the chair eatermug. Over weight, ugly, often middle aged woman, who work in office jobs that are very rude, and never want to get out of the chair they are sitting in to help you. Most common place of employment is Government jobs, like tag department, etc.
I went to the courthouse to tag my tahoe, and that lazy "chair farter" was rude, she did not want to get up and help me. She just wanted to set and fart in her chair all day.
