Also used as an insult and could be used for other situations as well, whether it be used jokingly or a nickname for one of your friends. This term is mainly used by Jocks or wanna-be-Jocks, simply to be amusement at the fact that they can create words using about the 1% of actually functioning brain matter they have left.
