I've fallen and I can't get up

A really annoying catchphrase from the late 80's/early 90's that originated from a commercial for a paramedical emergency radio for the elderly. During the commercial, and old lady falls off her walker and in the most pathetic tone of voice possible, utters this phrase into the advertised device.

Before everyone and their mom was screaming "I'm Rick James, bitch" they were screaming "I've fallen and I can't get up" in a sad attempt to be funny and witty.

The ailment that afflicts all those who should really be doing something productive but instead end up procrastinating or doing something which requires little or no effort what so ever.

I was going to look for a job but i was suffering from can't be arsed syndrome and ended up watching crap TV all day.

A passive aggressive phrase that is paired with “must be nice.” Normally used to point out your own short comings when compared to someone else who spends their money on premium or fancy objects. such as "Cant Hide Money"
often said when your ex tries to make a joke about you wearing a "cant hide money" shirt

often used to piss off haters while you make dumb bread aka that chedda

"i thought you shirt said "cant make money" not cant hide money"
Can't Make Money-meaning there blind or trying to make a joke which is not funny
