runners scum

The white, thin, stringy residue you acquire from running miles upon miles outside. Usually appears after going from outdoors to indoors, but is also present in the heat. No matter how many times you lick your lips or wipe your face, you always seem to miss some.

We ran intervals today at practice.. i have some mad runners scum on my lips
