When one is considered to be very arrogant by others, however the way the person portrays themself also makes them quite likeable and charasmatic, so it is hard for people to be offended by their arrogance.

Man1: Man that John Morrison is so arrogant!
Girl1: Yeah but the way he does it...he's also very charasmatic....
Man2: I suppose you could say he's..CHARASMARROGANT

When someone who has charisma also has asthma.

When Jessica lost the big race because she had an asthma attack, the announcer stated “You gotta admit, she has charasthma!” The crowd booed. The announcer was now the disgrace of the town.

charas

Indian province of Charas...lead me to it!

I lived in India for 10 years during the 60's-70's. Smoked lots of charas but never found an Indian province named "Charas". See above post...this person may have smoked too much...charas!

I once wanted to start a country called "Charastan"...somewhere way up in the mountains

Had a rough childhood but grateful nonetheless

Ex1 Charis told me to go right but I went straight on red run blvd after the movies when it was raining and he took my dongle and his jacket back because he was mad. Right was faster

Ex2 I really want Charis to know how sorry I am and to please love me again
