Anything that evokes a strong feeling of disgust or repulsion and/or a person who perpetually ruins good times. Butt Onions can also be used to describe your strong feelings as to what is "uncool" or just plain awful and unpleasant.

"Don't go in there, Joe just ripped a butt onion"

Allen : "Wanna ding dong and ditch?"
Burt : "Nah man we'll get caught"
Chris: "Burt, don't be such a butt onion."

Describes tightening of one's anal sphincter muscle as a result of experiencing of experiencing something extremely awkward, uncomfortable or thrilling. It is used in the same way as the expression "to get a pit in one's stomach" where stomach muscles cramp due to undergoing the same set of feelings.

While relatively rare if the distress is too much both butt puckering and a pit in the stomach can occur at the same time.

His butt puckered because he realized that she might have find out he was sleeping with her sister.

Example 2:
Surgeon A: “I can’t believe I amputated the wrong leg of that patient."
Surgeon B: “Man, you totally butt fumbled that operation. You're probably going to get your license suspended."
