TC Syndrome

Named for the original case TC Syndrome is a condition where a lacrosse player, usually a middie, finds himself unable to score in a season despite receiving quality opportunities. It is often associated with bad luck and the player adjusting to a mostly defensive role. TC Syndrome is "cured" when the player finally scores. The initial goal is always followed by another in the same game, which will go on to be a victory. The goals are often of some significance, being scored in a close game or the final game of the season

After suffering from TC Syndrome all season, Sean Castle finally scored his two goals in the last game of the year.

After resigning himself to a D-middie role, Tanner Worth cured his TC Syndrome by scoring a pair of goals in what would be an overtime victory.
