A fictional character that served during a classified war, now named "Tread High Sky" and has committed several war crimes unbeknownst to the government at the time. When the government was notified of his crimes, he was sentenced to death by hanging.

Some theorize his crimes were the bombing of several native villages or the execution of surrendered soldiers, but
these were never confirmed nor denied and his true crimes remain unknown.
