What is a quopper? A quopper can be anything and yet nothing. It is not a social construct nor is it some whimsical illusion. A quopper is that feeling you get when you think you've shit yourself in a public library, and yet, also the feeling you get when you haven't shit yourself in a tax-payers bibliothèque.

A quopper is what you might call the love of your life. Those who say its "In the eye of the beholder" may also say "QUOPPERS WIN". This is not a statement. this is a fact.
