Since the basis of the term is from an old car game that involves the first person yelling out PADIDDLE when they see it car with only one headlight lit, this become a VERY rude way to describe a person with only one eye.

This guy looked like Sammy Davis Jr. I couldn't tell whether the friggin' padiddle was looking at me or not??

A hybrid name to describe Prince William and Kate Middleton, just like Brangelina describes Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Piddleton is generally used by people who want to take some of the starch out of the Royals.

A game played (most commonly on college road trips) when ridding in a veichle. If one sees a car with one headlight out he/she shouts "pididdle." When this occurs the nearest person of the opposite sex, at the time, is then required to give the shouter road head before the trip is over.

Me: PADIDDLE!!!
My Girl: damnit! my jaw still hurts from that last one.
Me: Well hurry up we're almost there.
