The worst type of mistake that one can make. Making such a mistake usually results in extreme consequences for the individual that may be felt for years to come.

Using this term is most effective when said in a serious tone.

Boy: Hey do you want to dance?
Girl: No sorry.
Boy: Wow. You just made a liquid mistake.

Mistake Dispenser

A female who births one or more children that grow up to do nothing but disappoint everyone around them. These spawns are perceived as and are most definitely mistakes that should not have been created. Mistake Dispenser can also refer to the woman's vagina rather than the whole person. This implies that the woman may not be a bad person but her reproductive organs have a tendency to spawn mistakes.

Example One: "Oh Josh! You can't have kids with her she is bound to be a mistake dispenser!"

Example Two: Doctor "Hello Ms. Samantha, how is your Mistake Dispenser feeling?"

Mistake Steak

In the food-service industry, when a steak is cooked incorrectly (more often than not, overcooked), a new steak is cooked for the guest. The original over-cooked steak, often un-touched, or merely sliced into to determine wellness, is perfectly good for eating. As a server, mistake steak is an annoying (because of the lowered tip received from the guest) mistake, but also a delicious one.

The kitchen fucked up my steak order for my table again, god damnit. They ordered medium-rare and this is medium-well. Oh-well. While they're cooking a new stake, I'll eat this mistake steak. OM NOM NOM.

the rightfully given nickname to the city of cleveland ohio because the city truly is one of the biggest mistakes in the world. not only has cleveland managed to set a river on fire but they also havent won a sports championship since 1948

im looking on the map for cleveland but its nowhere to be found.
