Used when talking about video game systems that are coming out or have just came out. Currenlty, this gen systems are the Dreamcast, PS2, Xbox and GameCube. The next gen will be the PS3, N5 and Xbox 2.

Gen Alexa

Gen Alexa, the generation of children born since November 2014 who will never know life without ALEXA responding to their requests even faster than Mom does. A generation destined to grow up without knowing that gratification is not instant.

Having been born in November 2014, they all belonged to the Gen Alexa group of kids. Sophia and Emma tried talking to their Grandfathers stereo speakers and were very disappointed that Baby Shark did not start playing. Aiden and Liam were confounded by their Great Aunt's house not turning the lights on when they told it to. Olivia and Lucas don't understand why the cookies they told their Great Granmother's refrigerator to order from Amazon never arrived.
