An adjective used when referring to a person of particular cheapness. Mostly used to describe shoes, taped-up shoes, two different shoes, shoes with toes hanging out the end etc.

Wow, that guy has taped up shoes. He is so hobolicious.

Downtown is excellent hobotat, there is a fountain to bathe in, plenty of businesses that specialize in malt liquors and its a great place to panhandle.
