Get the Man Barmug. Another name for a hangover. Works very nicely when you have been out drinking until 2am and have to call in sick for work the next day. You can simply say you have "the flu". You can leave out the "bar" part.
Example: Warner: "sorry, mike. I can't come to work today"
Mike: "ok"
Mike: "Josh, Warner called in sick...says she has

Josh: "Yeah....BAR flu."
