Used around friends or group of people to show where you are from. Usually to rep ya shit or the hood youre from. Saying this may end up with somebody dying or going to die.

B) Wouldn’t be used for whatever reason.

Person A: I put my name on Urban Dictionary!

Person B: Leave empty words out of the dictionary.
