A relentless pub-toilet pest who hangs around, trying to ponce cocaine, cigarettes, or cash. Always promising to “sort you back out” but never actually does. Often caught listening through cubicle doors, banging their doors, and chatting to anyone snorting lines nearby. A Loo Leech can ruin a good night out with their constant hovering.
