Goth

Any person who wears dark clothes and paints black lipstick around their facial features. They are dying for attention and constantly try to be "different" while at the same time bogusly claiming that they are "indifferent". Some of them think they are vampires or some real-life death fairy. They often carry an emergency suicide kit consisting of a Mach 3 razor, a bottle of Advil, and dental floss to hang themselves.

The Goth look was popular in late 80's and early 90's but fell to the wayside when wiggering came into style.

Usually it's a person who listens to korn, slipknot, and other stupid nu-metal bands who think they're hardcore because they by 70 dollar pants at hot topic to 'stand out'. They tend to cut themselves and write poetry and dye their hair abnormal colors just to get attention. They also usually have aim screennames like XxTrApPdInSiDexX.

Gothcomnazi

A guy who wears pretty much only camouflage pants, a chain and Metal band t-shirts.He may also wear army boots, fingerless gloves and non-formal belt. Note cannot be a Nazi and is not a goth, but they may be a communist.

Guy 1:That kid in the Devildriver shirt wears camo everyday!
Guy 2: Yeah he's a total gothcomnazi.

Gothic

Gothic is the language of the Goth (Germanic) tribes of early Europe. The were first almost annihilated but the Huns, then became slaves of the Romans. They then derstroyed the Roman armies and attacked Rome, but did not take control over it. They then moved into parts of Spain, France, adn Germany, where they were known as Visigoths. They were the keepers or Rome's enteral flame. Without them, Roman art would have been long lost.

Gothic is not the lifestyle of those who were picked last for games in school and sit around home all day writing lame poetry. You know what you call those people? People who faced adversity, but instead of standing up to it, fell down adn let it go to their heads. So if you are a "goth" and am reading this: take off that god awful make-up, stop shopping at Hot Topic, and live a normal life.

God I hate "goth" kids soooo much.

candy goth

A candy goth is a person who dresses in all black, and paints thier fingernails black, and all the gothic stuff. Yet, they are not disturbed, they are actually very happy people and like happy things. They could like happy music, like Good Charlotte and/or Simple Plan.

Lets say you see a girl walking down the street wearing all black, and has her hair died black. Then you see that she is smiling and laughing with about 3 other people who look normal. That person is a candy goth.

gothic isnt a fashion or a look or a desition. Gothic is a state of mind where sad, morbid thoughts, and lonliness takes occurance. You dont have to dress goth to be goth. Black represents lonliness so thats a chosen color.
