Definition 1: The phenomenon where you're all splitting bills and there's that person who is very specific to the cent. Definition 2: Someone who is unnecessarily assertive about recouping costs from minor gestures such as giving someone a ride home or spotting someone a cigarette.

Gemima offered to give me a ride home last week, and afterward she asked me for $2.67 for gas costs. I didn't realise she was so centsytive!

"Hi team, that was 112.50. Between 8 of us that's $14.06 cents. Two people have to pay $14.07."

"Jeez Ezekiel. That's a bit centsytive of you isn't it?"

Da ability to know whether someone possesses a little spare change in his handbag.

Don't audibly rattle your nickles and pennies while out in public if you don't want indolent people to ask you for money --- not everyone has extra centsory purseption, so no need to make a moocher's handouts-seeking job easier for him!

Person 1: My school keeps blocking games websites. You know how I can censor dodge it?
