To conjure the thought of one thing that reminds you of another. Which creates an ongoing process either to eventually return to the thought at hand or move onto something completely different.

Thinking that your thirsty, leading to what you want, to what brand, to what brand you like better, leading to another brand of something completely different such as clothes, than what brand you like, leading to you want to shop, than thinking of money that you dont have, leading to you need a job, etc etc

when i wanted to shop, chain-thinking went into effect and i forgot i had no money and needed a job.

Rontgen Thinking 

***Also called as X-Ray Thinking (as X rays were discovered by W.C.Röntgen)***

"Röntgen Thinking" or "X-Ray Thinking", basically refers to thinking -- with the capacity to look into depths or hidden realities -- of an issue, event, or concept....or anything else for that matter, that can be thought about.

In simple words, people who think in a very shallow, lame or silly way, and think that they've understood things the superficial way, such as taking info off an untrusted or silly source, that too (generally) in little doses, when their ass is way too dumb to understand things for what they are.

While Terence, who goes the Rontgen Thinking way, needs to take one look at any politician to understand what he really is, having known their history, backgrounds, past and everything else, all his twin brother Philip does is believe every political advertisement he sees and fart in approval! A person or people thinking thath they redirected the epicenter of earthqakes to the previous location of where they were living. Thath thinking i called ego sizemic thinking.

An example of ego sizemic thinking is when a person moves from North Carolana to California thus thinking thath he/she lowered the precentage of earhqakes in California but hierd the precentage of earthqakes in North Carolina.
