When replacing a tire on the side of the road in the hood, it is common courtesy to leave your discarded tire by the side of the road so that, in an emergency, future motorists can use it. This is why there are so many seemingly abandoned tires along hood roads. Also, those who are in on the secret, use these tires as markers. They indicate safe haven for hood occupants.
Each tire typically has a protection radius of approximately one mile. So the hood tires also serve as makeshift mile markers.

Oh no honey we just got a flat tire. I guess we need to call triple A.
"No hun, we are in the hood. There are bound to be a "hood tires" within walking distance."

It is used when you're gonna appreciate someone's service or when you're gonna grab someone's attention and start a conversation with someone who's already busy doing something.
1- Don't be tired! I know it took you a lot of time to prepare this report.
2- Don't be tired! Can I take your time for a moment to work out the nuts and bolts of our contract?

After years of wondering where you go and what you do while you tell me there is no one else I have to say I am Tired of Trying.

Don't take your car to this place. They will upsell repairs and services that you don't need - at inflated prices - using low grade parts that will wear out faster than you can say "rip off". Hires young, incompetent or dishonest grease monkeys who wreck your car inside out.
Crappy Tire told my old lady that she would have to pay $3,000 for repairs - and she only brought her car in for a stinking oil change. Scammers!

This is a term that me and my friends refer to when asking if someone has shit stains in their underwear. These are not the lightly browned streaks, but the heavy streaks that look as if someone was using the underwear to help heat up their racing tires at the track.
Damn dude!
You are never going to get laid when you are always testing the tires.
Shit! Please learn to wipe your ass!
