Don't be tired

It is used when you're gonna appreciate someone's service or when you're gonna grab someone's attention and start a conversation with someone who's already busy doing something.
1- Don't be tired! I know it took you a lot of time to prepare this report.

2- Don't be tired! Can I take your time for a moment to work out the nuts and bolts of our contract?
