A phrase describing an event where someone shits and then someone pukes on it. When something is bad and then something comes along and makes it worse. The two things must be equally bad and happen in close relatioin to one another or in sucession. The origin of the story is at an event where a lady shit on the floor and then a dude came up and puked on it.

I got pulled over for speeding and the cops found my stash. Fuckin puke on shit man.

Puke 'N Nap 

When you are eating a meal, and ingest enough food to feed a small village and you feel like your insides are going to explode. The only thing that would make you feel better is to throw up and go into a food coma.
