'GM me' means 'gamemode me'. Players of Minecraft will say it (in chat) to the player whose opped (in a server) to change their gamemode as only the opped player(s) can change it. There are 3 gamemodes in Minecraft; Survival, Creative and Adventure mode. Generally 'gm me' is asked when a player wants to change to creative.

Get the gm memug. This is a GM from City of Heroes. This GM caused the death of many players due to his unexcusable lack of courtesy for their desire to defeat the Hamidon without dying. This is the nastiest of MMO GMs.
GM Hamidon did like that I was exploring the other side of the map while fighting the Hamidon in City of Heroes.
