Term used to describe small businesses that feed on the lower rungs of society, often such businesses are engaged in fraudulent or ethically suspect schemes.

1) Pawn Shop USA (etc) is a low-priced bucket shop that will buy all your half its value.

2) Midsummer Capital is a PIPE bucket shop that employs fraudulent stock bashers.
