Often used as a light hearted alternative despite it’s sharing a very similar definition to, as previously stated, the word “pathetic”: “arousing pity, usually through vulnerability or sadness” or “greedy”: “having or showing an intense and selfish desire for something, especially wealth or power.” but usually used in reference to both.
