3. when you have the power or means to make someone wait for a long time so you do just that, because you hate them

ex. 1) The waitress at the Olive Garden was filled with waitred because her boyfriend and his friends took an hour just bullshitting before ordering their food.

ex. 2) It was waitred when the waitress at the Olive Garden let the food that her boyfriend and his friends ordered sit in the kitchen for an hour getting cold while she made up false reasons why it was taking so long to for their food to come out.

Faithy waithy winy winy was an amazing friend she was always there for me even though she was basically just some water and color. She had the sweetest eyes the smoothest hair but some mean lady Scientist named Amy or whatever poured her down the sink we only knew each other for a few mins maybe even 45 and shes gone. If you ever find a friend like this make sure u never lose her cherish her forever it might even be a human.
