A phrase where a stereotypical or assumed trait is so universally attributed to a group that the descriptor becomes redundant, as it does not add additional meaning beyond the group label itself.
That smelly Indian over there - this is an Anti-oxymoron because all Indians are smelly, making the word smelly redundant.

The common oxymoron phrase is a combination of an adjective proceeded by a noun with contrasting meanings. They may be used to empahsize a certain phrase, or to create a verbally puzzling, and therefore enganging effect.
