Delusionalism is when you believe something that you have made up in your own head.
For example, making up a connection with a person that has no idea who you are or over exaggerating a small gesture such as a blink or a look in your direction.
Examples:
“Girl he literally looked in my direction!! He’s literally in love with me”

When your homegirls or a person you know has no sense of reality and they really believe the phuckery going on in their lives . Delusionalism can have your life in a big mess and getting played .
I had some home girls that were suffering with a really high dosage of Delusionalism , they were all fighting over a guy with a really small penis, big stomach , going bald and still married legally , but in their heads he'd make a really great husband ! Lol

Believing something to be true that is clearly not. Someone who is not thinking clearly. Used to describe someone attached to an idea which is obviously false.
Gabriel Mejia meaning he is careless and thinks about things that aren’t realistic and tries to make it into a reality in his world. He is delusional.
