Collingswood High School

A complete shit hole in the middle of a up and coming suburban area. Often referred to as c-hood. Kids from oaklyn (they’re pretty cool) and kids from woodlyne (a very awful town) come to Collingswood High School. Students rarely ever take work seriously. It is impossible to walk into the bathroom and not see a group of kids huddled up in a circle around the heater hitting juuls a dab pens. People also very commonly destroy everything in the bathrooms so they shut down every boys bathroom except the one on the first floor. Often students will get caught by the most intimidating security guards in south jersey, they will only receive a 3 day suspension no matter how bad what they did was (accept fighting, they take that seriously because in previous years that’s all the woodlyne kids would do). And then when the kids get back they will do the same shit again and that’s why our school is betting increasingly shittier and shittier.

Collingswood

The most boring city in the universe. This is the smallest, full of people who think they are "popular" but really they are not because there are only 100 students in one grade. This is the cheapest and and dumbest town in the world. Do not live here. Anyone who goes to Collingswood Schools will not get into any good collages. It is full of white people who think they are "ghetto" and cool, and are also racist.

Your life would be a waste if you move to Collingswood.

contingent factor

A fact that a bunch of other stuff hinges upon. If true, it makes lots of causally related stuff likely true and if not true, then related stuff is likely false. For example, the fact that the climate is getting warmer is a contingent factor for global warming, or the fact that the world is actually getting better, and is better than it ever has been (see Stephen Pinker, "The Better Angels of our Nature"), even though it feels day to day like a stinking pile of diseased flabby fat rolls, is a continent factor that global trade is not evil.

Being caught red handed creeping with the girl next door is a contingent factor that you cheated; it was you.

Salt Coating

The opposite of sugar coating but equally indirect and insincere. Contrary to popular belief, you can get your point across best by not being an asshole but not being too nice either. Salt coating doesn't make a statement any more true despite claims that it is a sign of honesty. Salt coating when criticizing someone often leaves them focused on the toxic garbage words instead of the main point unless they have a strong bullshit filter. Also known as destructive criticism.

Being Honest: I didn't like the dish. It's too sweet for me.
Result: Cook takes the constructive criticism into consideration and improves the dish by making it less sweet.
Salt Coating: A drunken autistic monkey can make a better dish than a worthless shit like you! You trying to give me diabetes?!
Result: Cook is distracted by the insults instead of improving the dish and spends the rest of the time arguing with salt coater.
