One of the greatest made up words In mankind. As well as "Manjina".
Used on the mighty boosh quite often by Vince Noir. Very cool. Watch the Fountain of Youth episode. He uses it against sandstorm.

Vince-"Oi you boombaclark! that hurt!"
Sandstorm-"I'm going to grind you down to a pulp cowboy!"
