UTTP IS A GROUP OF INTERNET TROLLS THAT HARASS YOUTUBERS THEY DEEM ''CRINGE'' AND FANDOMS, MOST OF THEM ARE AGED 12-15 AND THEY USUALLY SPAM IN PEOPLES COMMENT SECTIONS AND DOXX, TOMMY PARKY IS THEIR FOUNDER.IN 2010 TOMMY PARKY/SOUTHPARKSTUDIOSABLE HARASSED MANY CHANNELS THEN FOUNDED A GROUP CALLED UTUBETROLLPOLICE TEAM TO HARASS CHANNELS AND ATTACK TROLLS. MANY NEW MEMBERS JOINED LIKE OFFICER SIMON PEGG AND MORE. UTTP CONTINUED HARASSING MANY PEOPLE ON YOUTUBE AND ACCUSED THEM OF TROLLING. THIS EVENTUALLY CAUSED UTTP TO BECOME A TROLLING GROUP ITSELF. THE ORIGINAL UTTP CHANNEL UTUBETROLLPOLICETEAM GOT TERMINATED IN DECEMBER 2013. UTTP PERSISTED AND BECAME AN ANTI FANDOM GROUP AND MOVED TO GOOGLE+ (DISCONTINUED AS OF NOW) TO HARASS FANDOMS LIKE FNAF AND MORE. UTTP ALSO BECAME FANS OF GOANIMATE AND CONTINUED THIS UNTIL 2020 WHEN SHERBASE12 ''HACKED'' (JUST ASKED 9 YEAR OLDS THEIR GMAIL AND PASSWORD) MANY GACHA CHANNELS. THIS WAS CALLED OPERATION GACHAFALL. UTTP CONTINUED HARASSING AND DOXXING AND HACKING GACHA KIDS AND TOMMY PARKY RETURNED. UTTP DIED AGAIN AND WAS BROUGHT BACK BY ANIME SUCKS, ADMIRAL,GLEN, AND DEFENDER. UTTP HARASSED MORE FANDOMS LIKE TADC AND MD AND GT AND THIS CONTINUED ALL THE WAY TO 2024. EMPEROR PYRGE SPLIT UTTP INTO RUTTP AND DIVERGED. Emotional Policing

When someone seems intent on telling you to stop feeling a specific emotion. Usually negativity because you're "bringing everyone's mood down" or something similar. Even when you hide your emotions in public and say one offhand comment about how you really feel,there will most likely be someone there to enact Emotional Policing. You're expected to change yourself despite how you truly feel,despite how many facts you have to back up your emotions (which you shouldn't need because that notion seeks to invalidate emotional response). Emotional Policing is everywhere.

Example one:
Todd: "Yeah,Project 2025 is going to hurt a lot of marginalized people and minorities. I'm worried my friends will die."
Bill: "Oh my god,stop being such a fucking doomer Todd! Just relax,everything will be okay."
Todd: "Oh yeah,I should totally 'just relax' when the people I know are going to be hurt or killed. Fuck you and your Emotional Policing,Bill."

Example two:
Jerry: *Expresses even one negative emotion.*
Tom: "SHUT UP YOU DOOMER PESSIMIST NEGATIVE NANCY DOOMER DOOMER DOOMER! BE HAPPY GODDAMNIT DON'T DRAG DOWN THE MOOD OF EVERYONE AROUND YOU STOP IT"
Jerry: "Fuckin' Emotional Policing.."

fish police

A term present in the online fishkeeping community to define commenters that call out the shortcomings of the original poster’s fish husbandry.

In most instances, the critiques brought forward by the “fish police” are correct. However, the negative connotation likely stems from the fact that most of these commenters are likely teenagers whose method of delivery can be seen as unnecessarily aggressive. Factoring in ageist attitudes, nobody likes to be lectured about anything from an account that is obviously being run by a minor.
