Ferrari 250 LM

An elusive and beautiful race car that helped fortify Ferrari's dominance in events like Le Mans. Slightly faster than the GTO at 188 Mph. Only 32 were built between 1963 and 1966, and carried a price tag of around $18,000 new, which was more or less the same price of a decent home at the time. The values exploded over the years, and are currently at about $7Mil US, about 1/3 that of the GTO:

The Ferrari 250 LM was a very successful race car, hence their astronomical value.

Fernite (fuhr-nahyt): English, noun: a current or previous occupant/inhabitant/overlord of 104 Fern Circle, Clemson, SC 29631; most commonly used when referring to an OG (original gangster) tenant, better known as a “Godfather”

The Fernites ruled the town of Clemson, South Carolina from 2014-2016 from their Fern domain. The Fernites return to oversee their kingdom from time to time, primarily during the weekends in the fall.

Ferb Latin is a made-up language from the Disney Children's animated cartoon Phineas and Ferb. It is quite similar to Pig Latin in that it involves the removal of the first letter and the replacing of it at the end. However, unlike Pig Latin, its added letters are -erb, hence Ferb Latin. Short words stay the same. I may not have all the rules right, but you get the gist, right?
