Any stick or pole used to grab / squeeze while grunting….Grunt Stick as a result of being constipated or other wise blocked up. Can be used inside or out in the woods. Anything to grab or squeeze as to take pressure off the abdominal area.

A term used to desrcibe a towel that is attached to the end a long extendable stick. Commonly used to wipe sweat off hard-to-reach places around the body, particularly underneath folds of skin/fat.

(read in a female hill-billy accent)

"Hey Cleatis! C'mon over err and fetch your momma's sweat stick....."

(Cleatis walks over with the sweat stick and proceeds to wipe reluctantly)
