A series of red dots.

They start at the top of the arm and continues down to nail of the middle finger.

They can be straight or crooked, depending on how drunk you are when you put them on you.

Example #1:Bob, come over here so I can put some party dots on you.

Example #2: Damn, those party dots sure are fucked, you must've been tripping last night.

Party Queen

Comes from someone with a large wardrobe of clothes (with never enough time to wear them) to entice a man or woman into finding them attractive.

More recently used in UK/Europe to describe a sub group of Gay men who 'Party' at the weekends (on Illegal Drugs or Chems) and 'Queen' to describe their camp and effeminate way of behaving. Often reffering to themselves as 'wired' and usually looking for immdeiate self gratification. Party Queens are often self centred, narcissistic and egocentric.

Are you partying at the weekend?
