Fucktard is the shorting of the slur Ret@a#d with the word Fuck in front of it, commonly used as and insult. People who use it either do not care and like to use the r-slur and others who use it think they are being morality superior by using this instead of the r-word but they are not and and need to stop using any variation of the word "tard".
