Next Slide

An interjection used to indicate that the subject of a presentation is understood, obvious, or boring. Indicates that the person presenting the information should move to the "next slide."

Bob: "The amortization schedule will reflect 30 years of accrued interest over the principal..."
Carol: "Next slide..."

Dead Slide

A term usually used in videogames, typically in first-person shooters, when a player intends to slide as an evasive maneuver, but accidentally crouches, which usually gets the player killed instead.

"Bro I almost had him, but i had a fuckin' Dead Slide around the corner and he shot me!"

in towns outside of Quebec Canada men can get very lonely. Usually found behind local pubs holes of different sizes will be drilled into Maple trees. Because of the natural maple syrup lube these trees become the companions of many of the locals. With more frequent use in the evening the "syrup slides" stay very warm and welcoming.
