Banana Republic

A conservative asian/islander, opposite of a boba liberal. Both are just as annoying/bad in their own ways. Bananas are yellow on the outside but white on the inside. They see things from the perspective of Republicans and side along conservative issues.

They will downplay any political issues because Asians should assimilate with the white culture and be the model minority. They believe that getting close to the White-Americans is the way in order to achieve the American Dream while downplaying any issues with other minorities such as the Black-Americans and Brown-Americans (thus trying to get away from them as much as possible).

They believe that Asian American problems are only second to White Americans BUT the same time will downplay social issues amongst other Non-White Americans because they are deemed not as important compared to Asians and Whites.

They are the type to fly the Trump/MAGA flags, yelling it loud and proud but not care when President Trump has called it the "ChinaVirus" because they believe that because the virus was started overseas - it will not affect them in any way on the scale of American Racism ideologies.

They fled their countries because of communism and believe the sole purpose of the democrat party is to bring back communism. They are non-believers of white supremacy since they view the White Americans as superiors but will throw any "non-white" issues under the bus because they think it is communism or a free handout.
Kevin Nguyen: "My grandpa is constantly watching conservative youtube channels and now he is a banana republic wearing that MAGA hat".

republicans

My mother who didn't abort me.
Don't believe all the hype about Republicans or Democrats, they are both cut from the same cloth, exist for the same purpose, use the same methods, and are defined here by the same people on the so called opposite side of the political spectrum.

Invisible Republic

The fifth incarnation of the United States...

1) Democratic republic (for whites, at least)

2) More politicized nation with stronger federal government forged by the Civil War

3) Empire, with overseas possessions, beginning with the Spanish American War and annexation of Hawaii in 1898

4) Frighteningly corrupt and bizarre corporate conglomerate, as became frighteningly apparent after George W. Bush's theft of the White House in 2000 and the 9/11 terrorist attacks he exploited so ruthlessly

5) The next stage in the evolution of the United States, which can't be predicted with certainty but will hopefully be an "invisible republic" in the tradition of a campfire discussion featured in the late environmental activist Edward Abbey's book Desert Solitaire.
An Invisible Republic (or fifth republic) would presumably follow a fifth major revolution:

1) The "American Revolution," which ended with an independent United States

2) The Civil War, which freed the slaves but arguably did much to wreck the U.S. as a whole

3) The socialist revolution of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, which did so much to help American workers

4) The "flower power" rebellion of the 1960s and 1970s, which did so much for civil rights and the environment and perhaps helped end the war in Vietnam

5) It will probably take an even bigger movement, whether peaceful or violent, to wrest control of the U.S. from corporations and hold people like George W. Bush and Bill Gates accountable.
